Service Description

Hello Luna provides AI-powered chatbots that engage website and social media visitors on behalf of real estate professionals, collecting contact information and inquiry details for follow-up, then delivering lead details to the professional via SMS, email, and/or CRM integration.

Acceptable Use

Hello Luna's services are intended for legitimate real estate lead generation only. Users may not use the service to collect information for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited communications to consumers in violation of applicable law.

SMS Alerts

  • Real estate professionals who enable SMS alerts consent to receive automated text messages to their own mobile number regarding leads captured through their chatbot.
  • Message frequency varies based on lead activity. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

Hello Luna provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding lead volume or conversion outcomes.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
