  • Communication records, including SMS messages sent for lead notification purposes.

How We Use Information

  • Information submitted through a chatbot is shared only with the real estate professional whose chatbot the visitor interacted with, so that professional can follow up on the inquiry.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
  • To deliver real-time lead notifications to real estate professionals via SMS, email, and CRM integrations.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Hello Luna platform.

SMS Communications

Real estate professionals using Hello Luna may receive automated text message alerts to their own mobile number when a new lead is captured through their chatbot. Message frequency varies based on lead volume. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS alerts at any time, or reply HELP for assistance.

Data Retention

We retain lead information, as well as contact and consent records, as long as necessary to provide our services to the real estate professional and comply with legal obligations.
